Blairwich as a template

Anne Thompson at Variety.com writes about two Films that seem to be very different. Big-Budget Cloverfield and Low-Budget Paranormal Activity. But they both do it the Blairwich-Way: Take unknown Actors and make it look f’n real.

And besides the Fact that they both use the Blairwich-Theme as an Inspiration they both have something in common. They are both under studio-distribution. Cloverfield was it from the beginning and Paranormal Activity was picked after a Screening by Paramount

  1. I read similar article also named ch as a template | EXTReeeME.Org, and it was completely different. Personally, I agree with you more, because this article makes a little bit more sense for me
