TheEnd - A RED Shooting in 48 Hours
At Creative Cow i found an Article about an 48Hour-Movie done with an Red One. It’s about the whole creation of the short and very detailed.
The finished short, as the creator said in the comments, “isn’t a fantastic showcase for the abilities of the RED One”. With no color-grading, shoot in 2k with an B4 Lens the short looks like film that was not touched in post further than the cut. It’s all a little flat and has no funky colors. But it shows the big potential of the Red One. This footage was virtually not touched in Post. It looks very film-ish, just like the Scenes you se in the extras on the DVD’s, the untouched footage.
Just add a good CC to it and it really will pop. I really like the result, and the “diaries” are fun to read. Take a look at the final Footage here:
