Storage Calculator for the RED
The german Glanzunion gives us a Webapp that really kicks ass. And looks like Ass, but that saves “Rendertime” and makes it compatible while viewing it on your iPhone, iPod Touch, Nintendo DS, PSP, whatever has a screen and a browser.
Just choose the Redcode Version (RC28 or RC36), the Resolution (4k, 3k, 2k) the Aspect Ration (16:9, 2:1), the Framerate and the time you want to know the needed Storage about. Then hit calculate and you get your wanted Information. Nice and really cool. And as you can use 3k as the Res you can also check how many external drives you need to buy. Cool.
