Okay. I phase out of the whole Scarlet/Blog/Forum-Thing for maybe a few Hours to make the Blog look better and what happens? We get a Date from Jim:

Current estimate is April 2009… but you never know exactly how things will go. I have put full resources to hitting the date this time. Let’s see how close we can get.

Nice. As My Son will “arrive” Middle of the next Week and My Wife stays home after his birth till January 2009 I didn`t want to do a Movie in this Time. So my Plan was to get in “real” PrePro for my new Flick after January 2009 and start Shooting in Summer 2009 with the Scarlet. Seems to work out nicely.

And with the new HandGrip announced the Scarlet will also be the perfect Still and Motion Cam to Capture my first Vacation with my Son.

So if the News about the Scarlet seems to arrive a little bit later the next weeks please be patient, I need to make friendship with my Son, as I will be the “Stay-Home-Daddy” for him the next 15 Years or so. A good Friendship should really help make it a good time for us both
